In a time where humanity is largely disconnected to the emotional wisdom that lies within, it is all too common to be dismissed as “too sensitive”.

It is easy to feel like your sensitive nature is a weakness, rather than a true gift.

I am here as a guide to help you understand and embrace your sensitive nature — through mindset, emotion and energetic management.

You have unsupportive beliefs & behaviors

Because you process information & stimuli (including others’ moods and emotions) on a much deeper level, it is easy to overthink, feel overwhelmed, & misunderstood. You likely care a lot of what others think of you, you fear upsetting them, & avoid conflict. You fear being seen as “weak” to others — but only because you are currently not owning your sensitive nature.

You don't allow yourself to fully feel

You find yourself attempting to think your feelings away, escaping feeling deep emotions by taking action, spiritually bypassing, or not fully releasing the energy of emotion just enough to keep it at bay, so it doesn’t “take over.”

You crave deeper connections

You feel deeply, but don’t often allow yourself to be vulnerable around those that matter most. This can look like:

  • Not being honest about what you think and feel in order to “not hurt anyone’s feelings”
  • Not setting healthy boundaries or not enforcing them
  • Not letting others see through you in order to protect your soft or wounded parts
  • Having a guard up to avoid feeling vulnerable

The sensitive aspects of your personality don’t have to be hidden.

YOU DON'T NEED TO "GET OVER" YOUR FEELINGS OR BE "LESS SENSITIVE."

You don’t need to hide, resist, or dismiss your feelings to keep them “under control” — burying the emotion deeper in your body. You can process your emotions healthily without escaping into being overly logical and attempting to think your feelings away OR escaping into the ethers to dissociate and avoid the polarity of the human experience in your body.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE POSITIVE ALL THE TIME TO EXPERIENCE A HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE.

This is not that kind of program. There are lots of ideas out there about having a positive mindset for a better life. Partially true — yes. But you don’t need to avoid negative emotion for it. A key to a higher quality life is allowing any emotion to pass through your body.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU — NO FIXING NEEDED

You are not (emotionally) weak for feeling deeply about things others are unaffected by or for crying often. Being sensitive does not mean you lack inner strength. In fact, you probably have more than most. You simply have not learned the tools and developed the deep skills of effectively managing (not coping) your mind, emotions, and energy. Luckily for you, these skills are learnable!

There is a way to manage your sensitivity without feeling powerless to it, dismissing it, or hiding it.

    Your mind is the birthplace for emotions, so the quality of your thoughts will determine the quality of your emotions. That is why we spend a significant amount of time diving into your mind.

    Because sensitives feel emotions so deeply, it is easy to believe the corresponding stories running in the mind as true. When you can observe your mind, you release attachment to your stories.

    Step away from believing every thought your brain offers you to skillfully discerning truth from your interpretations. This is the process of slowing down to observe the programs running through your conditioned mind. Gaining clarity of this offers you an immense gift: to consciously choose how to think, feel, and act.

    Be left with the gift of self coaching your mind — of being the one that directs it rather than the other way around through simple, yet powerful processes that can be used time and again for any situation.

    EMOTIONAL

    Emotions comprise a large part of any human’s life, sensitive or not, because they are directly correlated to the actions or inaction taken on the 3D plane.

    You will go from feeling like your emotions rule you and/or feeling disconnected to them to skillfully knowing how to process even the most uncomfortable emotions in your body. Here, you will also practice rewiring your nervous system and releasing judgement of your emotional waves.

    You will elevate your ability to allow strong emotions in your body leading to emotional resilience. Further leading you to more self-trust once you understand that no emotion is too much to handle. This is how you gain power over your emotions, rather than the other way around.

    Gaining control over your emotions — by counterintuitively allowing them — leaves a massive impact on the ownership of your life.

    ENERGETIC

    You are on the 3D plane, but not of it.

    Here we patch up your energetic leaks. These are intangible ways of being that have profound effects on your energetic health:

    • BEING kind to yourself by setting and enforcing boundaries
    • BEING 100% responsible for your interpretations, feelings, and healing — even when not convenient
    • BEING in self-integrity by honoring your word to self and others

    You don’t resonate with being sensitive. While these coaching tools can work for anyone, my particular coaching energy and delivery resonates more with those that experience themselves as sensitive. Some like tough, masculine energy in their coach — that’s great! I may embody that from time to time, but my natural coaching energy is more attuned with deep curiosity, holding space, teaching, and serving as a mirror to you.

    You identify as being very logical or skeptical. All of us can embody this way of being at times. However, if you feel you need constant convincing for concepts related to personal development, this might not be the time in your journey for coaching with me. Coaching works best when you are open to new ways of thinking and being.

    You have major resistance tapping into your emotional self. While some resistance or hesitancy is normal when experiencing something new, this program is best fit for those that are willing to tap into this part of themselves. If you’re unwilling to do this, the program will feel hard and ineffective. Ultimately, it won’t serve where you currently are on your journey.

    You are looking for someone to support you in feeling like a victim. Many won’t admit this or consciously know that they are looking for someone to support them in their same world view. A great question to ask is: “What do I really want out of this program?” Be 100% honest with yourself without judgement.
